Emma's New Hair

Emma has been bugging me to cut her some bangs for forever now, so Sunday before church, we did it. I fixed them for her and taught her how to use a curling iron. I told her that she didn't need hairspray (because I didn't want to have to clean up the mess -bad mom). I took her picture, with goofy eyes.....

Then I tried to get a picture with normal eyes...and she did this. I think maybe my kids are kinda weird.

On another note, this is a quilt I am designing for the local Quilt Shop. They gave me the jelly rolls and told me to make something.
Yes, I see the diaper peeking out from under the couch. It is clean. No, I don't know what the rest of the stuff is - please don't ask. (Mom)

Her new hair-do is cute! I love bangs--and no bangs--and girl hair in general :)!

Your quilt is so sweet! And I can totally relate to trying to take a picture of something (or someone!), and then looking at all the misc. "stuff" that made its way into the photo! Too funny! (Who doesn't keep diapers under their couch, right?!)

I like the bangs! Funny, when I look at your pictures and read your comments I don't think "weird kids." I see normal kids! Fun quilt, what's the pattern? I talked to your mom last night and said she they were getting dumped on. I hope the snow stays in Idaho, we don't need anymore here.

I say nothing - I saw nothing -
Really cute quilt. You've got talent!
Very cute Emma! And very girly looking - but will look good with your hat this summer!
